Appointments needed

We have returned almost entirely to in person visits. Patients require appointments with their doctor for most requests, including prescription refills, review of results, filling of paperwork forms, and other medical concerns. Please plan ahead if you need prescription refills

Same Day Appointments

All of our doctors have same day appointments available for their patients. These can be accessed by calling the clinic at 8 am

No Show Fee

We are experiencing a high volume of "no shows" for appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. As of April 1, 2024 our no show fee will increase to $35.00 per missed visit

Policy on Abuse / Harassment

We have a zero tolerance policy on verbal abuse / harassment of our staff on the phone or in person. Abuse will result in the possibility of termination from our practice

Patients from Beardy's and One Arrow:

Patients from Beardy's can book an appointment on Tuesdays through Willow Cree Health. Patients from One Arrow can book an appointment on Wednesdays through Rosthern Medical Clinic or One Arrow Health
